1. Who are the customers of Naskor B.V.?

Only retail shops and companies, no end-users. These are for example Online Shops, Body Shops, Fitness and Health Shops, Fitness Gyms and Hardcore Gyms.

2. How do you become a customer?

You should contact us per phone (0031 774772921), mail (hans.de.bruijn@naskor.eu or marcel.hellmich@naskor.eu ) or via the contact form on our Website. Then, you will get an Excel-Document where you are supposed to fill in your Data. When we got it back, we create an online account for you, so that you can place your first order.

3. What is important for the registry?

It is very important, that you check your invoice and delivery addresses. They should be correct. If you have a tax identification number you should give it to us. Then, there is the possibility to buy the products VAT free.

4. How does the order process run?

You place your order in our online system. There you can see the prices and availability of products. Please note, that the prices are very dynamic, because they are dependent on the Dollar rate. We do not inform about every changing in prices. After the order is placed, you receive an order confirmation via Email.

If you come up with any problems or questions, please let us know, so that we can help you with our system.

5. How can I add or cancel an order?

You can easily add an order. You just place a new order and inform us, that you want us to deliver the two orders together. You can cancel the whole order or just parts of it via mail, phone or fax.

6. How do you deliver the goods?

You can get the product on pallets, europallets or in parcels.
If you want a delivery with a pallet, the weight is unlimited; a parcel is limited to 30kilos.

We deliver with UPS, DHL, DPD and GLS.

7. How much is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge depends on the place of destination. Furthermore it is different for pallets, europallets and parcels. Please contact us for more information about your personal prices.

8. What should I do if the articles are damaged?

If your articles are damaged you should inform us within seven days after the receipt and add a photo. We then decide what happens further and if necessary send you new articles.

9. Is it possible to get product descriptions and pictures from you?

Yes, it is possible to get pictures and descriptions in English and German. Please contact us, if you are interested in it.
